Covered
A scoped, fixed-price deliverable — a clickable prototype, one core feature built end-to-end, or a technical feasibility build — defined in writing before work starts. If what we deliver doesn't match that written scope, you get a full refund.
Larger builds are broken into signed-off milestones. If a completed milestone doesn't meet the spec you agreed to, we fix it free or refund that milestone — your choice.
Not covered
Scope you add or change after work has started (we'll quote it separately, not refund the original).
Delays caused by late feedback, content, credentials or approvals on your side.
Third-party outages or rejections outside our control — App Store review, hosting providers, payment gateways.
This is a plain-language summary. The written scope you sign off on before work starts is what a claim is measured against.
How to claim
Email sales@vitrabytes.com or use the contact form with your project reference and what's wrong, within 7 days of delivery.
We compare what was delivered against the written scope you signed off on — no back-and-forth over what was "supposed" to happen.
Paid back to your original payment method once we agree the deliverable missed the agreed scope.
