Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Almost always. Most environments we audit have idle resources, oversized instances and no reserved capacity. A typical engagement finds 30–50% savings, and the audit usually pays for itself.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Probably not, and we will say so. Kubernetes is excellent for genuinely complex multi-service systems and expensive overhead for everything else. We recommend the simplest thing that meets your actual requirements.

Can you migrate us without downtime?

Yes, in most cases. We use phased migration with parallel running and traffic shifting, so you can roll back at any point. Zero-downtime is a design goal we plan for from the start.

Who owns the infrastructure afterwards?

You do, entirely. Everything is infrastructure-as-code in your repository, in your cloud account, with documented runbooks. You can take it in-house or keep us on retainer — your choice.
