Mobile App
Replaced paper job sheets with an offline-first mobile app and dispatch console across 240 technicians in 14 states.
From 14 days to same day
Technicians recorded every installation on paper. Job sheets reached the office days later, invoices went out two weeks after completion, and nobody could say where a crew was without phoning them. Rural sites frequently had no mobile signal, so every cloud-only tool they had trialled failed on day one.
We built a Flutter app with a local SQLite store and a conflict-aware sync engine, so technicians can complete an entire job — checklists, photos, parts used, customer signature — with no connectivity at all. A React dispatch console gives schedulers a live map and drag-and-drop reassignment. Completed jobs push straight into their existing Tally instance for same-day invoicing.
Invoicing moved from a fourteen-day lag to same-day. Technicians complete roughly one additional job per day from better routing and less paperwork. Disputes over workmanship dropped sharply once every job carried timestamped photos.
We will walk you through how we would approach it — scope, risks, timeline and cost.
